Boating Skills and your State Boating License

Five Tuesday evenings 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at the Chatham Community Center starting January 12, 2010. One session will be at Coast Guard Station Chatham. The cost for adults is $35, juniors, 12-17 years old, no charge.

Instructors, experienced in local waters, will cover boat handling, rules of the road, aids   to navigation, weather, equipment, radio communications and State boating regulations.

The course is National Association of State Boating Law Administrators approved and the Junior course material is provided by the Massachusetts Environmental Police.
